Good value, Clean Rooms, Nice pool – For Miami Beach standards this hotel was a very good deal. Probably can get a room for around 200 or less if you look. It is in a good area, nice clean rooms, pool was nice and good beach access. The breakfast was good, cooked by a friendly cook. Compared to other hotels this one was really nice. If you can afford a resort like the Delano or Satai than go there but if your looking for a good value this is probably the bst.
Danger Danger. – These guys were so disorganized that once I finally got them, then an English speaking "them," on the phone, they still couldn't even make my simple reservation. I shudder to think what it would be like to actually stay there.
Great find! – I found a great deal for this hotel through the internet and I am thrilled I found it! You can't beat the location - on the water and one block from Lincoln Rd. It is wedged btn the Raleigh (where you can pay more than double) and another famous hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a terrific room, small compared to most hotels but quaint, and very clean. I was lucky enough to be on the 5th floor, with access to the rooftop deck. Great breeze and great to relax. Pool and cabanas on the beach!
GOOD FOR PRICE – Great location. Can walk anywhere plus it's oceanfront/staff helpful, rooms need updating. Not enough outlets. Front desk help cheery & helpful. Very convenient with metered parking on 17th Street.
Bad service, great location – We stayed for three nights and had to switch rooms twice--could've been three, but we gave up. First one, room hadn't been cleaned. Second one had a wall that shared the bed's headboard with the elevator. Third room's a/c didn't work. Stick with a queen bed--the "king" beds are actually two twin beds pushed together. No outlets in the rooms if you want to charge your phone. The hotel staff was useless--except for the guy on the nightshift. Little effort was made to locate clothes we had accident... read more
