Been here since May and have loved it! Brand new appliances and flooring, every maintenance request gets taken care of in a timely manner even while the entire property was under renovation. Lots of dogs, but that's why you live in a dog friendly apartment complex! Shannon and Heather in the office are great and always super helpful and the maintenance guys go out of their way to help.
I've really enjoyed living here. The staff are great and maintenance has been prompt with all of my requests. The updated apartments, gym, and pool area are really nice.
loud dog and music and nothing gets done. bugs in the bathroom crawling and flying around. the windows due in spring never come about. and the "standard of living cost" was not the typical 4 to 5% but 10% after the first year. the dog deposit also doubled. our building lost 4 people over rent and the neighbor that damages others property and apartments property. we had a great office staffer names Kayla and shes gone and the service has gotten worse. this does not cover the little things. very disappointed.
