I cannot say enough good things about these caring people. My audiologist Kim Imajo is such a caring and professional person. She stayed late on her time helping me get an appointment with a specialist to deal with my hearing loss. From the receptionist on the whole experience has been wonderful. I would highly recommend these caring people to my family friends and colleagues.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ogilvie for years and we have always had a great experience.
Dr. Olgivie has been awesome for my son! His hearing aids broke and she was very patient in waiting for us to make the right decision on which aids would be best for him! When he went in for fitting, he was super excited to "hear" again. I would recommend Richmond hearing doctors to anyone who thinks they may have hearing loss! The staff is amazing.

She has gone beyond the expected to make my hearing as good as it can get.
