Every visit is a pleasant experience, from Maria at the front desk who is always helpful and attentive to my audiologist, Debra Olgivie. The services offer by Debra are exceptional! She listens, explains and provides the best services I have ever received.
Hands down, the absolute BEST place to go in the Richmond area for hearing aid purchases, repairs, consults, etc. Have been coming here for years, and I'm so glad I found them!

Dr. Fisher, at the Coalfield office, did a great job of testing my hearing and upgrading my existing hearing aids. Plan to continue utilizing their services in the future.
Motivated by an insistent spouse, I went to RHD on Coalfield Commons and was examined by Dr. Fisher. I was very impressed by the computer tech aided testing regimen and Dr. Fisher's step-by-step clear explanation of the testing process and articulation of the results. I purchased top-of-the-line Widex hearing aids and they were superbly fitted and programmed by Dr. Fisher. I met with Dr. Imajo and was delighted with her assessment and feedback. I learned a great deal from the visit. She is a kind, highly communicative and very thorough physician. This was really an outstanding experience. Don't hesitate to go to this top-notch practice!
