My mother and I met with Dr. Ball to inquire about new hearing aids for my mother. From the moment we walked in the door, it was a great experience. We were greeted very promptly and we were seen by Dr. Ball immediately. She took the time to talk with us and explain every step of the testing process as well as the steps that followed. The moment I entered the door there was a welcome feeling in the atmosphere. The receptionist was relaxed, friendly, professional and a the waiting room room was relaxing and inviting. my ear dr. was awesome, she took her time with me, never once rushed over anything and was very accommodating. The experienced audiologists make the process as unstressful as possible and offer explanations of the products they use. They are easily understood. They explain everything they do to customize the hearing aids that are best for you. The cost includes all return visits. The office seems to be well-managed.
Over the years I have had a number of opportunities to experience audiologists and hearing groups in RIC. Some were better than others but none met my needs.
