I had a very good experience. From the front desk, to the optometrist, to the medical assistants to Dr. Roeske. The office staff was so much more organized, informative and welcoming than my visit at the upland office. Each of the staff members told me what they were going to do before they started which I very much appreciate. They took into consideration my issues with having my eyes examined and patiently guided me through the process. Dr. Roeske explained all my options in detail.
