The entire staff here, from the doctors to reception, have been unfailingly polite, helpful and proficient in their jobs. I have always felt that I have gotten the information I need to make my decisions for every surgery. Both of my surgeries have had superb results.

I am very satisfied with the results of my surgery. The recovery time was amazingly quick.
I enjoyed being serviced in this facility. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I had any concerns there was always an accurate answer for me. I felt at ease going into surgery because I was well prepped for what was going to occur. The aftercare was great as well.
Overall the experience was tremendous. Dr. Zemmel was super courteous and the staff were true professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Zemmel for any cosmetic surgery needs.
from the minute I stepped inside the door of this amazing practice I knew I was in the perfect place. Staff so welcoming and kind. Once in the Drs. consult suite I was greeted by a very comfortable room Dr. listened and understood my problem and had a solution that was perfect for me. He was confident and experienced and I had a level of trust in his care I would highly recommend Dr. Neil Zemmel to any one in need of a great reconstructive surgeon. I feel he is Richmond's best and I thank God he brought him my way.
