I would avoid leasing through them at all costs. I leased one of their properties 4 years ago in Miami and was unaware of any problems... up until trying to lease another apt now. I have a $200 charge for "deep scratches" in the floor, which was never sent to me via email, phone or by mail. I was never notified at all until reaching out today. I live at the Sedona apartments in Tampa, FL. My apartment has had mold for 18 months which I first reported on January 4, 2019. It is now September 10, 2020 and have reported the issue 3 times. The second being on March 2020 and 3rd on August 2020. This Management decided that the mold problem would be repaired on the first two times by painting over it and washing the carpet. On the third time they cut out the sheet rock and replaced carpet because the damage was so extensive there was no way to cover it with paint anymore... read more

Due to my post on social media platforms my packages through USPS left at the front office are being held. I'm a disabled Veteran & was awaiting a sleep apnea breathing machine since 7-15-20. The package was delivered to the front office 7-17-20 & has been held since with no notification to me. The management here has held my package due to my social media posting. Every month its something at Savannah Springs apartments. They never answer the office phones nor do they return emails. They charged me for a cable bill I had NO usage data charges for for the first month I moved in; just a random number when the cable wasn't even working. I refused to pay it do to that reason and the office manager said it would stay on my bill until paid. This month I've received a notice on my door to vacate by the 10th because of rent not being paid when I paid rent on the 3rd BUT did not pay the utilit... read more

Hello, im writing this because my friend recently moved in and their experience hasnt been good. they have been very bias with them and quite nasty if you ask me, the lady in the office is short spoken and rude. they have problems with the payment process online and she was soooooo short and rude over the phone.
