i have severe depression and the bogus covid scare is not helping.As I type this,the 2nd floor WASHROOM HAS WASHERS AND DRYERS OUT OF ORDER AGAIN.Riverview House Lake Worth Fl 33461-0908 is by far the worst and honestly UNHEALTHY 55+ IN FLORIDA.GROWN KIDS MOOCH HERE off their DISABLED PARENTS AND MOST wash ALL THEIR 8 KIDS ENTIRE LAUNDRY. I have left numerous messages on the voicemail system and sent information over the portal to receive a call not to receive anything after numerous attempts. I have a requested upper management from Brandywine apartments give me a call so I may discuss several issues on the property you cannot reach the property office nor does anyone want to talk to because they are racist for certain people. Again I cannot even get a call back for a simple answers please call Marcus if you could assist thank you

Just moved in June 14th 2021 and it's disgusting. They gave me. Move in date on the 11th of June and she gave me the key to have a walk through. I did a walk through and it was nasty. The carpets were dirty it smell like dog and roaches are everywhere. I couldn't move in there I had to wait until Monday the 14th to move in. So I had to pay extra money for my U-Haul and I spent over $200 on bug spray plus they said the Exterminator will come by every Wednesday to spray but they haven't since I been there and I have cameras in... read more

Shanteria ******* is the worst property manager Richman properties could have as their employee. I feel very much targeted and discriminated against. She is constantly looking for things to complain about, I am good tenant and follow the rules, pay my rent on time and keep the apartment clean. I have not had any disturbances in the neighborhood with any other tenants or neighbors. Police has never been called from or to my unit.
