Beautiful property, but management is horrible. They are lazy and seem bothered by questions and requests. My family only signed a 14 month lease and we saw 3 completely different management staffing within that short time. Maintenance no longer responded within an acceptable time frame and the jobs were completed without any effort. The beauty of the property is deteriorating due to lack of maintenance and a majority of the tenants refused to pick up after their dogs. It took almost the full 60 days to receive my security deposit when I only lived in the apartment for 30 days. I moved out because of the incompetent management by Nicole C. and now that they have sent the deposit I instructed her that my bank has daily deposit limits. Which means the security deposit needs to be either split in half or two separate checks that have amounts that are 1000 dollars or less each. Hello, I moved into The Sedona in April 2017...I have several complaints *i was offered a $500 discount to move in, and I had to complain about it to get it and when I asked about it they acted as if it was not even offered *As of April when I moved in my key fob has not worked to get into the gym for example, every time I go into the office they say they are working on it, I dont know how this has taken 3 months still and has not been resolved.
