200 units with NO SECURITY CAMERAS anywhere. Gates wide open for all to come in anytime of day or night. Management asks residents to call the POLICE instead of enforcing their lease agreement rules.SO basically you are on your OWN here
There have been numerous occurrences of mold in the unit. Management comes in and paints over the issue without full removal. Since this has occurred on so many occasions we asked the property manager to be moved to a different unit and she stated that there would have to be a new lease signed and would have to pay the new rent which is approximately a $500 increase. I explained to her that this isn't our fault so we shouldn't be penalized for that. The manager stated (and not nicely) she'd have someone look at it, that was ... read more

It seems like the staff office need customer relations training !! Plus if they dont enjoy the job then leave.....treat people how you want to be treated......all the reviews are complaining about the same situation regarding the office staff's rudeness......not a good thing !!!

recently ANTAGONZED AGAIN BY JUAN R. CLEANING MANAGER??HE ONCE THREW A DEAD ROACH APT#210 WHEN I SPOKE OUTDOORS WITH HIM HE THEN PROCEDED TO SHRUG HIS SHOULDERS AT ME.
Absolutely ridiculous place to stay... tried calling the front office once that my ac wasn't working and wasn't blowing out any air the maintenance dude huffed and told me how an ac unit worked, well after he went to "check" it out found there was a nail touching a wire. My sister heater got caught on fire and they told her it wasn't even on fire like they were there. they never replace ac filters. Everyone is absolutely RUDE. and are always threatening you with a 7 day eviction notice. 3rd in a month on things I had no ide... read more
