Shanteria ******* is the worst property manager Richman properties could have as their employee. I feel very much targeted and discriminated against. She is constantly looking for things to complain about, I am good tenant and follow the rules, pay my rent on time and keep the apartment clean. I have not had any disturbances in the neighborhood with any other tenants or neighbors. Police has never been called from or to my unit. I would avoid leasing through them at all costs. I leased one of their properties 4 years ago in Miami and was unaware of any problems... up until trying to lease another apt now. I have a $200 charge for "deep scratches" in the floor, which was never sent to me via email, phone or by mail. I was never notified at all until reaching out today. I live at the Sedona apartments in Tampa, FL. My apartment has had mold for 18 months which I first reported on January 4, 2019. It is now September 10, 2020 and have reported the issue 3 times. The second being on March 2020 and 3rd on August 2020. This Management decided that the mold problem would be repaired on the first two times by painting over it and washing the carpet. On the third time they cut out the sheet rock and replaced carpet because the damage was so extensive there was no way to cover it with paint anymore... read more

Due to my post on social media platforms my packages through USPS left at the front office are being held. I'm a disabled Veteran & was awaiting a sleep apnea breathing machine since 7-15-20. Every month its something at Savannah Springs apartments. They never answer the office phones nor do they return emails. They charged me for a cable bill I had NO usage data charges for for the first month I moved in; just a random number when the cable wasn't even working. I refused to pay it do to that reason and the office manager said it would stay on my bill until paid. Hello, im writing this because my friend recently moved in and their experience hasnt been good. they have been very bias with them and quite nasty if you ask me, the lady in the office is short spoken and rude. they have problems with the payment process online and she was soooooo short and rude over the phone. Giving Azura ONE star would be ONE TOO MANY My experience here has been a complete nightmare! One month after signing the lease, I was contacted by Kassandra (leasing consultant) requesting personal documents that were required and already given at the time of signing. She stated they didn't have it in their system and had no explanation as to why they noticed it TWO months after I was already living here. No smoking policy which means you get smoke fill apartments, for non smokers with children I worry (I have both weed smokers and cigarette smell in my apartment personally). Mold, No structured parking spaces for residents which make finding a space difficult, management never keep their word, mantence comes in with despite you being in the shower or at owners request to call first, apartment landscaping blows trash away instead of picking up and cleaning, but spray company sprays on your cooking wear, men who cleaned out ve... read more

Our patio door had a defect in the glass, we reported it to their property manager on 09/06/2018 and were told it would be repaired in one week. 12 days later, after a technician arrived to inspect the glass and quote it and even commented on the glass being defective, we were presented with a bill for the replacement door with no way to challenge or contest it.
