My dog was hurt very badly last week & we had just moved here due to a transfer of work. Referred in from my wife's boss, a neurosurgeon at Cleveland Clinic. Well when I called, the nice nurse that answered the phone got us in right away. The 2 nurses helped me get Gus in the room as soon as we got there. The doc - Dr Richman - took his time with a thorough exam, took some blood and had to do some x-rays. All that was done while I waited. They gave Gus something for pain right away. I found this animal hospital through my work place, they are a preferred vendor. I thought I'd give it a try, being new to the area. Just as nice as the Vet I used to have in Atlanta. The Doc seemed very smart & up to date with some neat equipment. The staff was very nice and nice looking as well. Can't overlook that. My dog Bob was treated well, he's a real happy dog. But still the last place took him away from me & I didn't like that at all. Bob didn't either. The Doc did eve... read more

The facility is spotless and has some of the latest technology, & they even offer boarding, which has been a real help. My friend told me about this new instrument her Vet had for old dogs with bad hips. My dog throws up all these new super pills. We went in & Dr Richman started Moose on his laser right away. Like something from Star Trek. Well beam me up, Because Moose is feeling better already. He has more treatments but so far so good. My old Vet said no other treatments possible. Dr Richman is a life saver.
I called Richman Animal Clinic for the first time to make an appointment for my cat "Kitty". Kitty was sick and had not seen by a Vet in over a year. The staff was very nice and I got in that day. The clinic was very clean inside and out. The Doctor was very nice, he even called me that night to see how Kitty was doing. Then the staff called me throughout the week just to check up.
