RecommendedYes! Dr. Richlin & Associates office is excellent. Amazing customer service at the front desk to the greeting from the assistants to the cleanliness during this time of COVID-19 they check your body temperature, they give you a fresh mask 😷 and hand sanitizer at the front door. They ask you not to use your cell phone. Dr Richlin is a great guy, Dr Lau’s perfect expertise and kindness. I been going there for also 20yrs. Simply the Best!

I’ve been going to Dr. Steven Richlin since 2006 and cannot recommend him highly enough. As others have written, this office is extremely well run, everyone is professional and personable. This is easily one of the best run medical offices I have ever been to. The staff and doctors are exceptional!
Everything about the office is excellent. From the amazing customer service at the front desk to the greeting from the assistants to the cleanliness to Dr Lau’s perfect expertise and kindness to the flow of the office to the amazing team selling frames and dealing with prescriptions and even to the dreaded payment center (lol). All around the best.
We’ve trusted Dr. Richlin with our eyes for over 20years now and happy we did. As a Doctor he is more than excellent and has a staff and latest equipment for the best of care.
Definitely one of the best experiences I've had for any doctor's appointment. Dr. Bradley Richlin was friendly, thorough and made sure to always explain everything in a way I could understand. The assistant doctor was also very wonderful and informative. The whole staff and the office was top notch.
