This was the best experience at a car repair shop I've ever had. I needed a control arm replaced and I needed it done quick before my car killed me. I called at 8am and Dave squeezed me in. I was back on the road at 11am, same day. Dave's customer service was A+. He was knowledgable, honest and friendly. He explained everything and even showed me so I could see it all with my own eyes. I've found my go to garage. I've never left an online review for any business ever, but Richlen and Sons earned it. Thank you!
