His experience, expertise and enthusiasm to keep digging, finding solutions and completing the mission keeps his customers happy, more then satisfied and confident in his care and ability to help when needed. Let's face it. If Richland PC can not find the solution then there isn't any. No guessing. Upfront, honest and fair.
Jason to the rescue again! Thank goodness for Richland PC. I am hard on my laptops and usually replaced then every other year. Then came...Richland PC...they were able to take my poor beaten laptop and clean it up and speed it up like new. I have problems with my email. I suppose I always will have until there is a program I can't mess up. I know I'll be back!

I just got my laptop repaired because the keyboard wasn't working correctly. I had already tried a fix that I found on YouTube, but it didn't work for long. Richland PC's Technician was able to diagnose the issue and determine a permanent solution that was also inexpensive. I'll be recommending Richland PC to friends and family in the Mansfield area.
