This is from an applicant- We chose not to live at Richland Flats, but it wasn't because of the apartments or the manager. We wish we could have the apartment manager where we are going to live, because she was awesome. So upbeat and spoke glowingly about the vision she had for the apartments. They have really nice apartments, all very updated, but we needed something with washer and dryer hook ups. We would recommend living at Richland Flats if that is not an issue for you.
