As always I had a great experience with my cleaning today. I appreciate how friendly and caring all of the staff are. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the hygienist I had today. I believe it’s the first time I have ever had her. I would assume my chart shows this information , but she was probably the best one I’ve had in all the years coming there.
Every 6 months I go to Richland Dentistry for my semi-annual dental appointment. I have been going to Richland Dentistry since moving to Michigan 14 years ago. Just like all the other time; they were friendly, prompt and provided the professional experience I expect from my Dentist. The time goes by quickly while I am at the dental office.
I really appreciated the less invasive procedure that I received during my cleaning today. Kristen used a water type scraping tool (power washer) prior to actually using the traditional metal scraping tool and it was a lot more comfortable. She did not have to spend hardly any time with that metal appliance and no “zings” for me made me depart happy. As always the staff always makes you feel like family when you walk in. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
