Do you have to be rude to work the drive thru window at Richland Bank? I bank at the one on Lex-Springmill Rd. and the women who work the window are horribly rude! Very poor customer service.. Just came from this bank today.. Not a "thank you", or "you're welcome" ever...

I worked at Richland Bank for 13 years and our goal was to always give good customer service. And that's exactly what they're doing now! Paula Parker at the Marion Ave. Office is an example of Excellent customer service. Paula goes beyond her job title to make sure the customer is completely taken care of.
