I stopped at the drive thru today at the Trimble Road branch and I had my pup in the car. The sweet lady working the drive-thru sent a doggie treat with my payment receipt! Such a sweet gesture! It made his (and mine) day. Thank you Richland Bank for having such sweet employees.
just now The worse bank by far!!!!! Customer service is the worse I ever had to be involved with. They closed my account without notice and keep my direct deposit for days afterward. There associates will lie to you with a straight face
I have banked with Richland bank since I was 15 and have never been disappointed. Just recently tiffany, that works there helped me with a hotel charging me and over drafting my account... She is a life saver. I am in Detroit currently on business and she made it quick and easy for my funds to be returned. I will always continue to bank through them. Even with me moving out of Richland County!
Imagine my surprise when I drove by your Ashland Rd branch the other day and saw your sign reading, "Welcome back Sharla". I have never known another person with my name, let alone living in the same area! So, just wanted to give a shout out to the other Sharla that's out there!
