Poor Poor Poor Service... – I bought a Honda Pilot got it home it would not start. According to the service department the battery had been replaced by a battery that was not the proper battery so the connection was not working. I brought it in they replaced the battery... However I had to make another appointment to come in and have them replace the post. No communication!!! Poor service I spent a grand total of 3 and a half hours waiting around!!! WTF!!!

Looked down upon and un answered questions – A sales associate could not answer some questions I had & didn't seem to know much info about a certain vehicle. Before a test drive, he had a hard time trying to get keys. While on a test drive the sales aassociate didn't try to promote the vehicle, only talked when I mentioned something. I returned a week later to test drive the vehicle again, hoping for more time on the highway since there was a short amount of time on the highway from the previous visit, and to find more info ... read more

A cut above the rest! – Recently bought a pre-owned Honda from Richfield Bloomington Honda and I have to say it was a good experience. After reading the reviews from people on this site I had to question their gentle state of mind. People, you are going to a car dealer, of coarse they are going to try and sell you something, it is thier job. Would anyone be offended by going to a shoe store and having someone try to sell you shoes after trying on a few pairs? Of coarse not! A disappointment to say the least. – We bought a minivan from Richfield Bloomington Honda. The car dealer was nice enough, but really really confused. I had to tell him things over and over and over. We agreed on a price and then he sent me to the finance guy who said they'd give me a loan for 8.59%. I said I thought that sounded high and I better do some checking on my own. He very rudely said, "oh you think you can do better, you won't find anything lower, just take it." No thanks, I will check on my own and get back to yo... read more

UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL! – OH MY GOD WERE DO I EVEN START? RBH IS AN UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL PLACE OF BUSINESS. MANAGEMENT WILL LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, MANIPULATE, AND DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SCREW YOU OVER AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. RBH DOESN'T GIVE TWO $HITS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. RBH IS A TOTAL EMBARASSMENT TO THE ?HONDA? NAME. RBH IS GOING DOWN FAST BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

DO NOT get your car serviced here – They claim they make appointments, but DO NOT. I spent 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change, even though I supposedly had an appointment. They FORGOT to replace the oil cap when changing the oil, and consequently I have oil sprayed throughout my engine, an awful oil smell in my car, and puddles of oil in my garage.

I RECENTLY HAD MY HONDA ACCORD SERVICED AT RICHFIELD BLOOMINGTON HONDA AND RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE EVER. MY SERVICE ADVISOR TERRY J TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO MY SERVICE NEEDS. EVERY THING WENT SO SMOOTH I THINK THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT STANDS OUT BY FAR THEN ANY OTHER IN THE METRO.

Worst Service in America – Do NOT buy a car or get your car serviced here!!! I have never had such apallingly bad service. They kept our car for 6 weeks during which time they wanted us to pay for a rental car at $40-$70 a DAY. Then they called and wanted us to come out and drive our car to see if WE thought it was fixed. This place should be shut down. Not only will I never buy another car there, I may never buy a Honda again.

The only thing saving this place is the cars – This was definitely NOT the place to go for my first new-car buying experience. I'd done all my research, knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and went in to Richfield-Bloominton Honda. The experience went downhill fast. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock (it was a Civic LX, one of their best sellers, of all things), so a special order ensued.
