I just took 3 of my kids to the office for physicals...college, sports and preschool! Our children haven’t been to the doctor since COVID and I knew the experience would be slightly different for them. Upon arrival, it was reassuring to me that the sick visit patients were being seen downstairs and the well visit patients were being seen upstairs! After calling and trying to schedule an appointment they wont see us because we dont have medical history from birth to present, I let them know I have their shot records and past 3 years but they wont accept it from me, they want it from the previous medical facility. I move every three years for work and I've been 4 months tying to get the previous provider to send the information, and trying to verify if they've recieved it. Neither will correspond with me. Dr. Ailsworth is an AMAZING pediatrician. She has treated my 5 year old since she was a preemie in the NICU. Dr. Ailsworth is patient, compassionate, takes time to "LISTEN", has a great rapport with my daughter, has gained my daughter's "trust", and is readily accessible to us parents. The office atmosphere itself is wonderful as well. I LOVE how the staff shows love towards the kids with age appropriate books, a wonderful treasure chest and other lil incentives like a back to school packet!
