Staff told me 3 different prices for acrylic nail removal which took over an hour to do. No manicure, no polish, nothing. Just a removal for $30. I wanted to get a pedicure done but the salon smelled so bad (like urine & old towels) I just couldn’t stay any longer. A close friend said that she experienced staff bargaining/ upping her price after the service when she was quoted less before they began.
I loved the work and it was very professional. I highly recommend the guy, his name is Vicente. I loved my design.
