Responsible for the most consistent, disgusting, headache-inducing odours in Lethbridge. Ineffective emissions and odor control, process upsets and/ or poorly functioning recovery system? Not sure what is failing or upsetting their plant but their inability to exercise effective process and odour control is not acceptable.
