Your entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable! I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Also, the advanced technology in the dental office was cool to see!

I liked very much how simple you have kept things. Some other offices had so many different new things going on I felt over whelmed. I am not against updating services but still think there should be a limit of how many things that are put in my mouth at a time. With the new equipment comes the need to charge for it as well. I wasn't pressured to buy a new electric tooth brush or special mouthwash. I was not pushed to have extreme treatment done. Just goes to show newer or more equipment doesn't mean better customer service
You can really tell that everyone there cares for the patients!
Wonderful staff and a friendly dentist is about as good as you can ask for.
My favorite part was Dr. Richardson's bedside manner. He truly cared about my life and career beyond his dental chair. We sat and talked about my veterinary career in dentistry and how it was similar as well as different from human dentistry. It was fun!
The high level of professional care in a friendly and comfortable setting which I have experienced in this office/practice for many years continues under Dr. Richardson!
Dr Richardson took the time to correct my crown until I was happy with my smile
