i was treated as an individual, and not just another patient being rushed through.
Again all staff was very kind - Christian the receptionist was very nice when I called to say I was stuck in traffic due to a light/power outage. She kindly explained to me construction in front of their office and to be careful. I did not feel rushed once I arrived (10 minutes late.) Heidi was professional and kind as always even though I was concerned I would make her late for her next patient !
All staff members are exceptional, professional and very caring. It actually makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
The Staff and Dr. Richardson are all awesome... they see all of our family and we are happy to refer them to our friends.
Everyone is professional yet take the time to take a real interest in thier patients!
visiting with everyone and catching up with what is new with them. Heidi is a friend and I love seeing her.
I enjoyed talking to Dr. Richardson about the new Invisalign especially since he is currently wearing one. :)
Heidi is a true professional. Dr. Richardson was prompt and spent the time necessary to make sure I felt welcome. He is a great dentist.
