I have a German Shepherd and I went to two other vets that were to rough with him just because he is a big boy. Doctor's at Richardson very patient with my boy and gentle. They always take good care of him. The receptionists are great too. ALL around always a pleasent experience even if Koti isn't quite found of going lol
They always take great care of both my cats and get me in quickly. Great doc and staff!
