RecommendedGreatest vet we have been to! It’s very obvious this staff all cares for animals. Our dog Roxy has a crush on Dr Tim (she gives him flirty eyes!) She loves going to see him & Marie! The staff recently took great care of Roxy during her emergency visit. She’s a picky eater, thinks she’s a human trapped in fur. We’ve been to many vets who excused her issues as us “spoiling her”.... we brought her to Richardson and found out she has many allergies and a severely sensitive tummy — which explains her unique habits. A shout out to Dr. Richardson’s Animal Hospital, Ravenna Veterinarians, and assistants. With the ‘stay at Home’, ordinance, the hospital has remained open. We still need to tend to our fur babies and their health. The girls come out to your vehicle, check you in, take your fur baby inside, call you on your phone and the doctor discusses the visit, makes recommendations, etc. When the visit is over, they bring your fur baby back out to your vehicle along with any necessary meds. I recommend everything about this place. they have always been so kind and thorough with our animals' care. this week they saved our baby girl's life. She had a twisted spleen and could have died. I picked her up from this emotional and scary ordeal for all involved yesterday and today she is almost back to her normal self. Dr Kaegi and Dr Tim both worked to save her. We will be forever grateful.
Dr Kaegi is hands-down amazing. I can’t possibly fit my appreciation for her & her team in 50 characters. Compassionate, Caring, & Considerate are just a few words to describe them. I can’t imagine taking my crew anywhere else.
