I had a great experience! Tyler Jarvis dropped a bed and a walker off to my house for me post surgery. He was very kind and patient with all my questions. He showed me how the bed works so I fully understood. He also gave me safety instructions. I appreciate him and the order was easy! Thank you!!

I was in the hospital in need of a rollator so I could go home. Kelli delivered it to the hospital before I was even discharged, and told me if I needed anything else to give them a call. Excellent customer service I highly recommend them if you need anything!
Tyler is rude and they all lie. You will have to call three or more times over a long period of time just to be told each time they're re-sending documents that they never sent. If you're looking to wait months to receive your order, and you want lied to by rude employees, Richard's medical has you covered....re-sending documents they never sent since 1985.
