I have called 3x this week regarding my CPAP machine. I have a simple and straight forward question regarding my AirSense 11. Rob has not called and the secretary at the New Philadelphia location, continues to apologize and states "I will get a phone call".. its already been 5 days and no phone call. Nothing but crickets. NO RETURN PHONE CALL, NO SUPPORT. I would not recommend working with this company. Equipment was ordered through rehab facility and scheduled for delivery on a Friday. After several calls and indications of delivery, we have not received delivery. Today is Thursday…almost a week since original delivery date. We are driving to Richard’s to pick it up. Home safety for our loved one was not a priority for Richard’s Medical.
My dr’s office sent my order for CPAP to another DME company. It was going to take over 3 weeks to receive. After getting the runaround I contacted Richard’s Medical. They picked up the order on a Monday and I had my machine by Thursday. Great employees!
Absolutely deplorable service,setup an appointment despite having cancelled order for my equipment, instead of telling me over the phone,waited for me to arrive to appointment.while waiting,heard another customer complaining about not answering phones during business hours
