My dr’s office sent my order for CPAP to another DME company. It was going to take over 3 weeks to receive. After getting the runaround I contacted Richard’s Medical. They picked up the order on a Monday and I had my machine by Thursday. Great employees!
Absolutely deplorable service,setup an appointment despite having cancelled order for my equipment, instead of telling me over the phone,waited for me to arrive to appointment.while waiting,heard another customer complaining about not answering phones during business hours
I had a great experience! Tyler Jarvis dropped a bed and a walker off to my house for me post surgery. He was very kind and patient with all my questions. He showed me how the bed works so I fully understood. He also gave me safety instructions. I appreciate him and the order was easy! Thank you!!
