While I like Dr. Richards expertise, I have found that follow-up appts. are massively frustrating along with countless blood tests which appear to be never-ending, with mistakes made by her Assistant and office staff. They appear to be always searching for my file(s) and confusing information. I have felt downright despair in dealing with the office. First appt. in February, it is now October and yet another run around for a wrong test ordered. I wish there were more OPTIONS to choose from!
My experience with her and her office was not positive. The office staff was not welcoming. Phone calls were very slowly returned. The doctor told me I was nothing special and mad reference to me being ridiculous for ,my reactions to medication. She did not have my medical info with her before starting my colenoscopy. Expected me to answer questions after recceiving drugs to sleep.
This was the only time in my life that I felt disrespected by a physician. She was rude and dismissive. By the time my husband and I left, I was extremely upset. I will not return.
