My father had left shoulder surgery done about a year and a half ago with Dr. Richards, but was was still having pain and limited movement. So got another MRI, and turns out shoulder is still torn. He wasn’t fitted for or given a proper shoulder brace after the surgery even though it was covered by insurance, which is normal standard of care.
