Many many things...mainly they measured wrong (a whole roll) and tried to charge us for it. When talking to the owner showed very poor customer service. The numbers dont lie unlike the owner. Would NOT recommend this place.
I just wanted to write and say Thank you to the sales manager for helping with my floor purchase. I can honestly say this is a wonderful business who knows how to do the right thing for a customer. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for their flooring needs. I am sure I will be doing business with them again as I still have 2 more rooms needing floor. Again Thank you
