Bought a 3/8 torque 150foot pounds... two days later tried to return NOT used! Wouldn't take return... No where did it say anywhere on receipt or inside the don't accept returns... receipt actually says must have receipt which I did.... pure shit business... not to mention the wrench was way over priced to begin with....poor business!
Ha worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Everyone at that place is rude and has no clue how to make customers happy. You couldn't pay me to go there again. That place is a joke along with everyone who works there. Would not let me take back a part that was never even used. Shame on you, I'll be sure to let everyone I know that goes there know how shitty of customer service you have. Great job on losing more customers Richards.
Got my truck lifted here and they did a really great job! I recommend this place
Been coming here since I got my drivers license, they're a great local auto business that has the best parts. So if you drive a mopar your in luck since you have to buy parts all the time. These guys have them, and if you drive a Ford when you need parts rarely they have them also.
