Don’t hire if you want the installer of your boiler and radiant heating system to return to service/troubleshoot your/their system. Despite installing our system during a major renovation, we received the following response from Taylo when we reached out for help, “we are focusing on plumbing these days - installs, repairs, renovations…we are referring Ron Jon heating and cooling for heating & HVAC.”

Rich is an ethical plumber in an unethical world. He gets back to you in seconds. He checked up on my 82 year old mother-in-law’s pilot light all weekend to make sure did not come off again. Mind you he doesn’t work weekends. He’s smart. This is HOW you make the big money. You build loyalty. We always need a plumber, and now we have Rich!!

When my very old hot water tank started leaking, I called 5 different plumbers to urgently help. Only one called back (!!!) and that was Taylo Plumbing. They were at my house within 45 minutes of the call, with a brand new tank at a reasonable price (less than PSEG had offered). They did great work and cleaned up afterward so that my utility room was cleaner after they left than when they arrived!
