We had a complex relocation into Savannah area. (We are an interracial couple prompted by prior review). Richard worked tirelessly for us for about a 9 month duration. By my estimate he is a wonderful, empathetic character. Extremely knowledgable, very well connected, and he homed in on our property , realizing what we needed better than we did. Professional, patient and I would strongly disagree with negative aspersions about racism.
Not sure what to say he constantly made racist coments and tried to convince my sister she didn’t want to live in certain neighborhoods, wouldn’t even show her some of the homes she was interested in. I used another realtor in his office and bought 6 rentals and my home my sister bought 3 homes before we found out his true colors. My advice find someone that knows the area and is willing to work for you not himself
