Our regular doctor in this practice was Dr. Gould, who is awesome! But our 19 month old son was sick and we needed to be seen that day. We were scheduled to see DR. Lloren, Our son was scared about being at the doctor's office and Dr. Lloren had no patience or compassion. It was the worst visit we had ever experienced with a doctor. He is the reason we left the practice and found a doctor's office closer to home.
