Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Simon, looking forward to my exam this year.
Receptionists will make you stand up waiting without noticing you after the 2nd hello, while laughing at videos online. Had to go for a very loud 4th hello to make my presence noted. Prior to that had to call several times with a prescription issue, the receptionist would yawn over the phone and keep repeating "yes mam" without listening to my issue. I have been a patient of both Dr Simon and Dr Ross for well over 20 years. They are very professional, thorough and nice; you won't find a better Eye Doctor. If someone has an issue with his staff, address it with the doctor. Given that the doctors are oftentimes in the examination room, they may not know what goes on behind closed doors.
Been coming here for about 12-13 years. Needed a bit of help today scheduling an eye exam to be able to get my new set of contacts ahead of a trip on Dec 11. Was surprised at how non chalant the receptionist was when they were unable to offer some options prior to Dec 8. Will have to go elsewhere and they have lost a 13 year customer.
I’ve seen Dr. Simon for the last nine years. He’s wonderful, a straight shooter and always has helpful advise about my eye health. I recommend him to everyone. I would advise these last negative posts who have enjoyed Dr. Simon’s care to address front office staff with him directly rather than smearing his name on google. He’s reasonable, a brilliant optometrist and I look forward to catching up with him yearly for my appointment.
