We had an awful experience with Richard Roach and his team. We rented a property from him. First there was a problem with my parking spot - which he dismissed. Then the building which we rented in cape May had a gas leak - so we had to leave for the day. The building manager was just as unprofessional. 100% totally unprofessional..doesn't take care of business,cries like a baby ,then doesn't do his Job! Just remember there is Always two sides to a story. This guy ,should not be in this field, because he is NOT a people pleaser!
