I highly recommend Dr. Stout if you have any physical vision problems. I hear say that he is an excellent surgeon for eye surgeries. He is very intelligent/ informative and highly skilled. Glad he is my ophthalmologist!
Dr. Stout pulls no punches. He is up front and very direct. His staff is kind and courteous. It's also refreshing to spend very little time in the waiting room! Most of my family sees him and will continue to.
I have found Dr. Stout to be efficient & professional. He always asks questions pertaining to my eye health & explains things in a caring & understanding manner. The staff is great especially Shelly, who is always pleasant & very knowledgeable!
I have been to Dr. Stout for a handful of appointments over a month to diagnose and track a minor eye issue. The issue was diagnosed swiftly, and no unneeded care was suggested or pushed. The honest care and openness of Dr. Stout is well appreciated. I have no complaints at all, and have been very happy with Dr. Stout and his staff. They have been very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Stout is very patient and very knowledgable, and is pleasant and does not rush his time with you. He answers all questions in a professional and dignified manner.
If it wasn't for Dr. Stout, I would be blind... He did Cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I see GREAT now!! He made it possible for me to see well enough to get a Class A Truck Driver License. Not to mention, I didn't realize all the colors that I could no longer see until Dr. Stout fixed my eyes. Plus, he is an AWESOME guy. He is the man!! Thank You Dr. Stout, Jay Pizzirusso
Their billing practices are unethical...I was seen twice and they said they accepted my insurance. Then, both times I get a bill for a lot of services that are not covered by insurance. And problem was never fixed. When I tried to speak to the billing dept, they were rude and not cooperative. I would never go to them and would never recommend them to anyone.
I have Eye Med Ins. Dr. Stout accepts it. went to my exam. During exam he saw floaters & he got excited asked his nurse to look & took a photo so I could see them. I did not ask for help with this condition. I know about this condition. It is part of who I am.charged $76 for the photo & changed my exam to MEDICAL. Eye Med won't cover MEDICAL & I have to pay $212 out of pocket! I am very upset and disturbed by this.It is my strong opinion that is exploiting my situation to charge more. Sickening
Dr. Stout is very knowledgeable and explains in detail about your eye exam to you. He tells you what he would like you to do until your next visit to maintain healthy eyes. I like a doctor who tells you the truth. He is very gentle when examining your eyes.
