This was a new patient appointment. All staff were pleasant. The medical assisant provided a thorough explanation of how the practice operates before the doctor came in. Doctor was pleasant & had reviewed my medical history prior to the exam.
Great Doctor. I enjoy the all staff members. Like the fact that Dr. Hightower gets to the point, straight forward but also able to joke. Two thumbs up.
