I first noticed almost no wait time with an already full wait room. Then the nurse verbally set me up for an excellent experience with the Dr., letting me know what to expect on my care journey. I had barely gotten out the door when I received confirmation of my prescription being called in, WOW!

The care he and his staff have for you when you are there.
Normally my visits are pretty quick but this time it was a lot longer because there were changes in my health condition. Dr Hightower had to go over some things with me in regards to those changes and he also clearly explained what the next steps would be.
I always know that I'm going to get my medical questions answered and my needs are important to the staff at Dr. Hightower's practice. He has been the only PC since I found him in 2008. I've never thought of going anywhere else. We have grown up together. Thanks for taking care of me.
As busy as doctors are these days, I have never felt rushed when discussing my health concerns with Dr. Hightower. He gives his undivided attention and I appreciate that.
Polite staff. Professional visit. I got good care. I am concerned that making an appointment with Dr. Hightower can be more than a month out. That is the only reason for not giving a 5 out of 5.
