Dr. Hightower’s demeanor is professional, friendly, both thoughtful and thorough in his approach to my healthcare and I will continue to rely on him for my needs as an older patient in the latter stages of life.
Dr Hightower takes the time needed to discuss all aspects of your visit. I would highly recommend him if you need a family practice physician.
Friendly and kind staff, great physician, and such a pleasant waiting room.
He takes the time to listen to you and then patiently explains the answers to your questions.
Tried to schedule visit prior to weekend and Dr Hightower arranged virtual visit. He as able to diagnose and prescribe meds for treatment of painful ear/sinus infections. Virtual visit was simple.
Very professional and pleasant. Very timely this visit, less than 10 minute wait. Very clean.
I’ve seen him twice and anytime I have health questions he seems too busy to answer them. he basically wants to get in say hello. Listen to you for about a minute and move on. Needs to show that he cares for his patient and why they’re there. Looks like he only wants to deal with one issue at a time and keep having you come back.
Nurse and Dr were great. Supposed to have two prescriptions but only sent one. Called this morning and lady that answered was not very polite and said she would send a message to nurse. No good bye or thank you, she just hung up
