My experience with Dr. Noren and his assistant Mary has been wonderful. I see him in Bannockburn. He listened attentively, discussed options to alleviate my pain and was kind and concerned. Dr. Noren is truly a skilled professional who cares about his patients. I am blessed to have him and his expertise in my life. I recommend him highly. Pam Darnall

Staff was very rude, would not listen when I tried to talk. Nurse raised her arms to stop me from speaking and said "I can't help you, not my department". The epidural I received in my back has done nothing for me, my pain is as bad as before.

From the moment I walked into the office in Des Plaines I was treated like a human being. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and Mindy was great! I loved Dr. Noren's demeanor; he was laid back, friendly, professional and, the best part was, HE LISTENED TO ME. He looked at me when we spoke and said the three little words every patient longs to hear..."I understand." I look forward to working with him to find viable solutions for the years of chronic pain I have been living with.

New patient of Dr. Noren's. He examined me and ordered a MRI, X-ray, and pain medication. The pain meds did nothing for my excruciating pain. I called the office on Monday and spoke with Mindy asking to talk to the doctor. She advised me he was out of the office until Wednesday. I explained my extreme pain and she became aggressive and rude towards me. I told her I just wanted to know from the doctor if I could take more of my medicine or Advil. She lacks empathy and compassion. No resolution.
