I had a great experience with Dr. Nauret. He was personable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly and was professional and compassionate. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent orthopedic care.
I went in to see Dr Richard Nauert at the TSAOG clinic in Schertz for an extremely painful left knee that kept giving out and was difficult to walk on. Dr. Nauert and the entire staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, caring, respectful, helpful and friendly. And the facility was outstanding with everything they needed to help, care for and treat their patients right there on site; with no delays waiting for tests and X-rays. Very professional. Dr. Nauert is a great listener and is quick with a mutually agreed upon resolution. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, but was directed by equally professional and kind by his assistant. All in all a great experience. I will be back, and will strongly recommend the doctor and his office to others.
