⛔️⚠️⛔️ I had a very disappointing experience at Scripps Ranch Optometry. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but we didn’t get to see the doctor at all — by 10:50AM, we were still just waiting. The office was crowded, and patients were coming in and sitting around without being seen. There was no modern technology — everything was done on paper, and the initial exam was conducted by the assistant using very outdated equipment. I haven't replaced my glasses in forever and they helped me pick out a frame that looked great! I went through many frames but they were still very patient and willing to go through the trouble of finding the frame that fit my face perfectly. Very friendly and experienced in their field of profession :)
Great service
I was doubftul before going as most reviews said bad things about the staff. When I called a nice person answerd and go me scheduled right away. When I went to the office all staff was nice and welcoming. The Dr seems very experienced in what he is doing and I love they have XL glasses for my big head LOL. Other offices usually only have medium sizes. Overall I am glad to be part of this practice now.
