I’ve been coming to this office for a couple of years now and really happy with my recent experience here. I especially appreciate the new staff as they were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It’s been a noticeable improvement from my previous experiences, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. My glasses came back fast this time, about one week which is a lot faster than other years.
My husband scheduled a contact lens exam through our insurance. After a 40-minute wait, he completed his contact exam. We declined their expensive contact offer and purchased glasses through our insurance instead. When I called to ask for the prescription for contact and glasses they claimed no contact exam occurred. Never this happened before, we always received a prescription for contacts and glasses. Great staff! Amazing doctor! All very friendly and thorough, highly recommend. Appointment took longer than expected. Clearly understaffed from lack of communication
