The administrator Susan is a nightmare. Think lonely lady who makes herself feel good by engaging in power play with patients. She will be the downfall of Dr. Miller's practice. The office is disorganized, understaffed, and confused about their own policies and coverage. If you value your family and your time, you'll find another doctor.
total disrespect for your time....every time we come to this office with appointment ... we wait over 90 minutes...5 times in a row....we wont be going back....
