Dr. Palmer performed 3 different surgeries on my right eye. He is a brilliant surgeon and an exceptional person. He cares about his patients as if we are family members. When I left the area he ensured that another highly qualified surgeon received my records. He is amazing. If there was a 10 rating I would give a 10.
