Dr. Manzo is very professional and always takes the time to explain every step of the process and everything related to my injury. Today’s visit was such a relief—I am so happy to be feeling great and experiencing no pain after my surgery. I truly appreciate his care, professionalism, and support throughout my recovery. Highly recommended!
When I visited the Waterbury NOSS office in early June, the elevator was out of order. Now on August 19, it still is. A very unprofessional looking detour has been created to take you from the lobby to the back elevator. Then another makeshift detour takes you to the offices. I was there for a hand issue, but there were patients in leg casts, using canes, and in wheelchairs. These detours appeared to be neither adequate nor appropriate for people with disabilities. I have scheduled my next appt for the Southbury office.
Dr Manzo explained everything so I could understand. Excellent, calm and very easy to speak with.
