Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? No Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health. They didn't exaggerate their abilities. I got what was promised. Dr. Jones is great and his office staff is super!

Jones Richard M Dr gave me great information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Jones Richard M Dr would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! Jones Richard M Dr did not exaggerate their abilities at all. I got what was promised and was very comfortable in the office.
