After having multiple horrendous experiences with their service department back in 2003, I swore I'd never go back to Lucas. When the time came to buy my Cobalt in 2005, I refused to go there simply because I never wanted to have to step foot in their service department. I went 45 minutes out of my way to buy it. This was by far the best experience I had ever had with a car dealer. The entire staff was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. This is where I and my friends and family will be purchasing their cars from now on.
Not the greatest place to go very difficult to deal with and get stuff done I wish the vehicle was at a different dealership I would never go back I would rather travel 2 hrs away than this place
I can't even begin to explain the excellent customer service I received at Lucas Chevrolet! I recently purchased a 2015 Malibu LT. I was just looking at different cars not expecting to buy one. My sales rep was Joe who is very knowledgable about their entire inventory and let me take out numerous cars to see the difference and what I preferred. BEWARE!!! Bought a car from "Vinny" that was SEVERELY misrepresented. I called an he said he would buy the car back and that was 7 weeks ago! I called Richard Lucas and they said they don't know who this guy is and he's using their business name with a gmail account, and using their dealer license! They said it's "not their problem" even though he is representing their business...SCAM!!!

Evan, this was a case of fraud and identity theft from "Vinnie" and I'm sorry you got wrapped up in it, we're in the same boat. The account you wired money to wasn't even ours and you can see that for yourself - the LLC doesn't match up. We're in amidst legal action and presently there is nothing we can do except pursue that road against the LLC you make the transaction with and "Vinnie". This vehicle was never ours despite what you were lead to believe and what was forged.
