I was very pleased with the way I was treated at this office. Dr Delay And staff were wonderful.
I feel like Dr. Delay is a friend. I always feel very comfortable with him. He willingly shares information regarding my eyes and answers all my questions. He offers suggestions to make my vision experience better. He has a wonderful personality that is very comforting!
Dr Delay explains all issues and solutions very well and is very compassionate. He really cares about my care and has great recommendations to other specialists.
My wife had Cataract surgery by Dr Winters on both eyes recently. She is 72 and has a hard time with her vision being worse since before her surgery. She has been seeing Dr. Delay for follow ups but was having a hard time remembering her issues within her appointments. I asked to go into the exam room with her or talk to Dr. Delay after her examination and was told his policy allows neither. Dr. Delay and his staff are very attentive and explain results of tests and progress made very thoroughly and in terms that are easy to understand. All staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional.
He is the kindest and sweetest dentist I have ever known. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He walks into the exam room making you feel comfortable, and he explains everything in detail. I have referred him to all my family and friends. And they are very happy with him as well. He is a super-duper dentist.
