My wife had Cataract surgery by Dr Winters on both eyes recently. She is 72 and has a hard time with her vision being worse since before her surgery. She has been seeing Dr. Delay for follow ups but was having a hard time remembering her issues within her appointments. I asked to go into the exam room with her or talk to Dr. Delay after her examination and was told his policy allows neither.
